Don’t risk your shipment becoming a damp squib
Over recent years protocol on the importing of fireworks has become much more strict and today the UK Border Agency (UKBA) is now obliged to notify Trading Standards on the quality of products being imported into the UK.

These directives mean that there are now additional and far more stringent legal responsibilities that importers of fireworks, explosives and dangerous goods must adhere to. Recent provisions could include extra inspections such as x-rays and the physical examination of goods prior to the final customs clearance of your shipment. These supplementary requirements, plus of course the possibility of your consignments arriving over the weekend, during a bank holiday or out of hours, could all result in substantial and costly delays to your shipment of fireworks.

It has never been more important that in order to avoid unnecessary delays and cost implications you must ensure that your consignment of fireworks receives prompt customs clearance. That means you should always arrange your shipment through a specialist company that has a proven record plus all the experience required in this sensitive area.  Aerona (Air & Sea) Customs Clearing Agents has the knowledge and expertise required to help you avoid costly delays.
